We invite you to "Lap the Lake" with a scenic 5K run & walk along private roads surrounding pristine Alexander’s Lake in Dayville, CT. Help NOW raise funds and awareness which allows us to provide sports, nutrition and fitness education and opportunities to the families in the Quiet Corner of CT.

The Hale YMCA and NOW, Inc. are collaborating on a free youth swimming clinic for participants ages 5 - 13 years of age. Participants will work with certified water instructors to learn proper techniques in swimming and water safety.
