Join us for the 8th Annual Northeast Opportunities for Wellness Road Race & Walk ~ Powered by Putnam Bank! We invite you to “Lap the Lake” with a scenic 5K run & walk along private roads surrounding pristine Alexander’s Lake in Dayville, CT. Help NOW raise funds and awareness which allows us to provide sports, nutrition and fitness education and opportunities to the families in the Quiet Corner of CT.
For a second year, the length of the course will be a traditional 5K, with the race starting and finishing at The Lake Tavern in Dayville!
Register early for a reduced rate -$25 May 1st through August 15th, and $30 August 16th through Race Day.
In addition to the 5K, we will also continue our traditional Kids Fun Run – with registration at only $5 per child!
Start location is The Lake Tavern (1717 Upper Maple Street, Dayville, Connecticut 06241).

There will be medals for all Kids Race finishers and awards for the top 3 5K Runners in each 5-year age group.
