Training for your first 5k (or as we like to call it, 3.5ish)? Are you a seasoned runner? Or maybe you’re an elite runner! Either way, N.O.W. is offering a unique running clinic on Sunday July 20th from 9:00am – 11:00am with (4) 20-25 minute sessions taught be certified personal trainers, coaches, and nutritionists. This will be followed up by a final group session on starting, pacing and basic Heart Rate training. The clinic will be geared towards adults and kids aged 10 and up. All levels of fitness are welcome.

Kelly Gallagher of Sonic Endurance will end the program with a discussion on proper training techniques including a basic discussion on the importance of Heart Rate training and pacing. Kelly is a certified USAT (US Triathlon) coach, running, and swimming coach. Kelly has completed several Ironman competitions, and is excited to share her knowledge with us.
