DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 13th Annual Northeast Opportunities for Wellness 5K Road Race and Walk. We are thrilled to share that our 13th annual ~Lap the Lake~ has been scheduled for September 21\, 2025! ~Lap the Lake~ is a major fundraising event which helps fund all of the free youth health & wellness programming that NOW is able to offer the community. \n\n\n\nWe invite you to “Lap the Lake” with a scenic 5K run & walk along private roads surrounding pristine Alexander’s Lake in Dayville\, CT. This family-friendly event also invites kids to participate in our annual Kids Fun Run. The 5K race starts and finishes at The Old Lake Tavern in Dayville! Live broadcast with WINY Radio and professional photography.
