Move It!

MOVE IT! is a 1 month program for children 6-12 years old. This program will focus on getting children active. Each session will start with stretching, followed by a work out, then end with a 15 minute yoga cooldown. The workout can be circuit training, Pilates, cardio dance, and so much more! We will also go over the do’s and don’ts of working out!
