9th Annual NOW 5K Road Race & Walk & Kids Fun Run

Join us for the 9th Annual Northeast Opportunities for Wellness 5K Road Race and Walk. We invite you to “Lap the Lake” with a scenic 5K run & walk along private roads surrounding pristine Alexander’s Lake in Dayville, CT. This family-friendly event also invites kids to participate in our annual Kids Fun Run.
The 5K race starts and finishes at The Lake Tavern in Dayville! Live broadcast with WINY Radio and professional photography. There will be medals for all Kids Fun Run finishers and awards for the top 3 5K Runners
Proceeds from this event allow NOW to provide sports, nutrition and fitness education and opportunities to the families in the Quiet Corner of CT.
