Northeast Opportunities for Wellness, Inc. (NOW) is a non-profit (501-c-3) human service organization dedicated to providing opportunities in youth wellness, regardless of access to financial resources.
We are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of youth in the Quiet Corner by insuring each child’s access to social, emotional, and physical wellness.
NOW was founded in 2011 by an all-volunteer board of 20 directors from a 10-town area in Northeastern CT. The organization owes its vision and energy to its founders, the Rawson family of Putnam, who have always believed that youth athletics provide a real and lasting foundation for life-long success.

SUPPORT OUR MISSION
As a Connecticut non-profit (501-c-3) organization, NOW depends on community support to provide more than 500 children per year with vital access to fitness, sports and nutrition resources each year – not to mention lots of friendships and FUN!
This would not be possible without the support of local businesses, organizations and community members like you! Your donation of time, funding or resources can make a real difference in the health and happiness of local children.
