Mindfulness Matters Yoga

Mindfulness Matters Yoga is for children of all ages. This program will begin with a mindfulness story, a 30-minute yoga class, and end with a craft. The goal is to use gentle movements to strengthen the body, mindfulness to sharpen the mind, and meditation to bring peace to your soul.
