NOW is partnering with NEMBA for a Youth Mountain Bike Clinic at Pomfret Recreation Park. This clinic will teach children the basics of Mountain Biking and end with a group ride!

• 10:00 AM- 12:30 PM

Location:

• Pomfret Recreation Park
  • 576 Hampton Rd., Pomfret Center

Schedule of Events:

• 10:00 AM- 11:00 AM -Kids will rotate through a series of cycle stations learning different mountain bike skills
• 11:00 AM- 12:00 PM – NEMBA volunteers will lead a group ride
• 12:00 PM- 12:30 PM- Lunch (NOW will provide free lunch)

Required Materials:

• Bring you own bike (extra bikes and helmets will not be provided or available to use)
• Bring your own helmet & safety gear (safety gear will not be provided and you must wear a helmet to ride)
• Wear sneakers and athletic clothing
• Please bring your own water, sunscreen, and bug repellent
